  • 110 gr. crumbled blue cheese (approximately 3/4 tbsp.)
  • Toasts for topping

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon for 9-11 minutes until crisp. Put on paper towels. Do not pour out melted fat from the pan.
  2. Add wine vinegar, sugar or honey to the left fat. Dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. Slowly pouring olive oil, whisk salad dressing to a state emulsions.
