Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tsp sugar or honey

- 5 coarsely sliced bacon
- 1/4 Art. white wine vinegar
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
- 450 gr fresh spinach (not young), stiff stems cut off
- 2 tbsp. seedless red grapes cut into halves
- 110 gr. crumbled blue cheese (approximately 3/4 tbsp.)

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon for 9-11 minutes until crisp. Put on paper towels. Do not pour out melted fat from the pan.
- Add wine vinegar, sugar or honey to the left fat. Dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. Slowly pouring olive oil, whisk salad dressing to a state emulsions.
- Put the spinach in a large bowl and pour the warm salad dressing, add grapes, blue cheese and set aside stir the bacon. Salt and pepper. Put croutons on top on salad. This dish goes well with Chardonnay wine.
