  1. Shiitake mushrooms are pre-soaked in water for 40 minutes.
  2. Peel onions and carrots.
  3. Cut the onion with feathers or straws.
  4. Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
  5. Funchozu dip in boiling water, turn off the heat and after 5 minutes spread on a colander. Drain all the water and cool. Cut funchose about 10 cm long.
  6. Shiitake mushrooms cut into strips.
  7. In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the onions until goldenness, add carrots and fry for about 5-10 more minutes.
  8. Add mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes.
  9. In a deep container, mix the minced meat, add 2 eggs, add fried mixture and funchose.
  10. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, add coriander.
  11. All mix well.
  12. We moisten the sheets of rice cakes with water and spread the filling. Turn rolls.
  13. Fry each roll in a pan with vegetable oil on medium heat.
