- Shiitake mushrooms are pre-soaked in water for 40 minutes.
- Peel onions and carrots.
- Cut the onion with feathers or straws.
- Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
- Funchozu dip in boiling water, turn off the heat and after 5 minutes spread on a colander. Drain all the water and cool. Cut funchose about 10 cm long.
- Shiitake mushrooms cut into strips.
- In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the onions until goldenness, add carrots and fry for about 5-10 more minutes.
- Add mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes.
- In a deep container, mix the minced meat, add 2 eggs, add fried mixture and funchose.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, add coriander.
- All mix well.
- We moisten the sheets of rice cakes with water and spread the filling. Turn rolls.
- Fry each roll in a pan with vegetable oil on medium heat.
