When you try Pho soup in Vietnam, you fall in love with it from the first spoon. This is a meat or fish broth with noodles. There are 3 varieties of soup: Fo Bo with beef, Fo Ga with chicken, Fo Ka with fish. Cook at home southern variant of delicious vietnamese pho bo soup with numerous herbs and lime. Let’s make this exotic soup and nice surprise home and guests!

- We cook broth from beef bones. Put the meat in boiling water, that’s how it’ll “grab” at once and will not give extra juices from itself, the broth will be transparent. The beef will have great number of useful properties.
- Add the onion, sliced into quarters, to the beef in circles chopped carrots, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger (you can dry), cloves, star anise, cardamom, bay leaf and salt.
- Cook the beef bones for the broth for about three hours, periodically removing the foam. After 3 hours, remove from heat, take out beef from the pan and chill. Beef is separated from the bones and cut thin slices.
- You need to strain the broth. Pour the broth through a colander. Everything, what remains (vegetables and spices), discard.
- Soak rice noodles in cold water for half an hour, then dip it in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Fold the finished noodles onto colander.
- Parsley, cilantro, green onion finely chopped.
- Put rice noodles in each bowl, add on top beef, pour hot beef broth. Lime cut into quarters and squeeze the juice into each serving. One quarter one bowl of lime. Add greens on top.
