  • 4 egg yolks
  • 125 gr. Sahara
  • 225 gr. cream fresh
  • 30 ml dark rum
  • 4 tsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. l steamed light raisins
  • Soft butter for lubrication
  • Sprinkled sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 450 gr fresh from stalks and halved fresh strawberries topping

Strawberry sauce

  • 225 gr. peeled strawberries
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1/2 whole star anise star
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/4 Art. dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Recipe preparation:
