  1. We will prepare the products you need for cooking lettuce.
  2. Boil the noodles until cooked.
  3. My carrot, peel and cut into strips, you can use special grater for Korean carrots.
  4. Cut the onion into feathers, cut the ears of mini-corn along.
  5. Wok pan-heat on fire with the addition of oil. Fry red onion for about a minute, add corn, carrot and garlic. We fry everything for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add the finished noodles to the vegetables. Add the bean sprouts.
  7. Prepare the sauce: mix lime juice in a separate container, dried chili flakes, powdered sugar (can be replaced with honey), soy sauce, a portion of green onion and coriander.
  8. Put the salad on a plate, sprinkle with roasted nuts and the remaining greens and pour all the sauce, bon appetit!
