  1. Pour the beans, boil and leave to evaporate under cover for 1 hour.
  2. Fold the beans and pour fresh water. Boil for about an hour before softness.
  3. Knead the elastic dough from flour, eggs, water and salt.
  4. Roll into a ball, wrap it with a film and set aside for 40 minutes.
  5. Potatoes and daikon cut into cubes.
  6. Cut the carrots lengthwise into quarters and even across 3-4 parts.
  7. Cut cabbage with wide noodles.
  8. Fry carrots and coarsely chopped onions in vegetable oil 5 minutes.
  9. Put daikon to them, fry for another 5 minutes.
  10. Bell pepper, sliced โ€‹โ€‹in wide half rings, fry 3 minutes.
  11. Put cabbage and fry for 5 minutes.
  12. Half the garlic, cut into 6 parts, put in vegetables, add beans, tomato paste, spices, salt.
  13. Stir and add 2-3 fingers above the water level vegetables.
  14. Simmer for 40 minutes.
  15. Rub the remaining half of the garlic into a paste with a pinch salt.
  16. Finely chop the greens and knead to give juice. Hot pepper cleanse from seeds and partitions, (if you like sharper, then they can be left) finely chop and mix with greens and garlic.
  17. Mix the mass with tomato sauce and dilute with water to the desired densities. Add ground pepper for flavor and salt with to taste. Roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of about 2 mm., Pour roll flour into a roll and cut into noodles.
  18. Tear up the noodles and sprinkle with flour so as not to stick together.
  19. Boil the noodles in salted water, drain the water, spread the noodles on plates and pour stewed vegetables with broth.
  20. Separately serve hot tomato sauce.
