How to cook garlic coconut pizza?
To make pizza successful, you should special focus on the basis. First you need to mix the yeast (1 bag), warm water (125 ml), sugar (1 tsp) and flour (2 tbsp.), then put the mixture aside for 10 minutes.
After this time, gradually pour and mix salt (3-4 tsp) and flour (2 cups). Next, put the dough in a warm place for half an hour and begin to prepare the sauce. What will be sequencing?
- We prepare the sauce this way: heat the olive in a saucepan oil (2 tsp) and fry garlic on it (6 teeth) until pleasant aroma. After that add coconut milk (125 ml) and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and simmer a couple of low heat minutes.
- After making the sauce, it’s time to return to the dough. Should gently roll it out and put it on a previously laid parchment paper baking sheet.
- After waiting another 10-15 minutes (during this time, the dough is still a little suitable), you can start laying out the filling. Base first smeared with sauce, after which other ingredients are distributed: pepper (1 pc.), red onion (1 pc.), and dried oregano (1 h. l.).
If you like spicy dishes, you can complement the taste freshly ground pepper. Pizza itself needs to be baked for 10 minutes and Serve hot.
