- Peel the carrots and cut into thin cubes.
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Rinse prunes, you can pour over boiling water. Cut into large pieces.
- Cut the cherry into 4 pieces.
- In a deep frying pan heated with oil, fry the onions and carrots for about 1 min. Add the tomatoes, sauté for another minute. Add prunes and peas, mix and cook under the lid a few more minutes.
- Rinse and dry the rice. Add it to the sauce, mix. Pour in soy sauce, slightly salt, as the sauce is already salty.
- Pour in the vegetable stock, stir and simmer under the lid until rice prepared for about 25min.
