  1. Peel the carrots and cut into thin cubes. Vegetable rice
  2. Cut the onion into rings. Vegetable rice
  3. Rinse prunes, you can pour over boiling water. Cut into large pieces.
  4. Cut the cherry into 4 pieces.
  5. In a deep frying pan heated with oil, fry the onions and carrots for about 1 min. Add the tomatoes, sauté for another minute. Add prunes and peas, mix and cook under the lid a few more minutes.
  6. Rinse and dry the rice. Add it to the sauce, mix. Pour in soy sauce, slightly salt, as the sauce is already salty.
  7. Pour in the vegetable stock, stir and simmer under the lid until rice prepared for about 25min.
