Vegetable kebab with corn

Make a vegetable kebab – a great opportunity to diversify picnic menu. Vegetables on an open fire are juicy and incredibly tasty. If desired, you can add to this barbecue any vegetables that you eat and want to try cook on fire. Do not be afraid to experiment.

  1. Peel the corn cobs, rinse with water and cut into medium sized pieces.

  2. Grind eggplant and zucchini in circles.

  3. With medium-sized tomatoes, cut off the tops.

  4. Cut the onion into thick rings.

  5. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and salt. Optionally add any spices, such as Provencal herbs.

  6. In any order, put vegetables on skewers and cook over an open fire, periodically turning over. Average kebab is cooked for 30-40 minutes.
