Okroshka are different. Different fillers, different fillings, in one sausage is put, the other is turkey meat, one is made on kvass, the second – on kefir, but the third may be on a mixture of sour cream and Ayrana. To saturate the taste of vegetables and greens, okroshka needs insist a few hours in a cold place.

- Larger cucumbers and radishes on a grater.
- Press the chopped greens with your hands to enhance the aroma and juice excretion.
- Grind the potatoes with eggs through a vinaigrette, and sausage chop.
- Pour sour cream with ayran into a pan with vegetables.
