Okroshka are different. Different fillers, different fillings, in one sausage is put, the other is turkey meat, one is made on kvass, the second – on kefir, but the third may be on a mixture of sour cream and Ayrana. To saturate the taste of vegetables and greens, okroshka needs insist a few hours in a cold place.

  1. Larger cucumbers and radishes on a grater.
  2. Press the chopped greens with your hands to enhance the aroma and juice excretion.
  3. Grind the potatoes with eggs through a vinaigrette, and sausage chop.
  4. Pour sour cream with ayran into a pan with vegetables.
  5. After stirring, salt and pepper the soup. You can also add horseradish for a piquant taste.
  6. Serve okroshka chilled with rye bread or pita bread.
