Pudding with cookies in a transparent glass – nice looking and tasting dessert that will look great and in quality a festive treat and in the form of a dessert for every day, in depending on which dish you serve it: in ordinary a glass or in an elegant bowl. The basis of the pudding is broken oatmeal raisin cookies. Make it fragrant vanilla cream with a touch of cinnamon. Lay in layers in a glass and decorate on top again oatmeal cookies. It will be nice to crunch in contrast with delicate pudding, and give you real pleasure with каждой ложкой. - 4 tbsp. whole milk
- 0.5 tbsp. fat cream
- Half Vanilla Pod
- 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. corn starch
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 4 things. chocolate oatmeal cookies with raisins and nuts, for layers

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the pan. Add the pod itself, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon stick and salt; bring to a boil over moderate heat. Remove from heat, cover and let it brew for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the corn starch and egg yolks. Slowly stir in the warm milk mixture, then pour the whole mixture back to the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, constantly whipping, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir creamy butter. Strain the pudding through a fine sieve into a bowl and a little cool.
- Divide most of the crumbled cookies into small glasses. Pour the pudding on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Sprinkle on top the remaining cookies. This vanilla pudding can be given peanut-caramel flavor.
