Vanilla ice cream without ice cream

Homemade ice cream that turns out to be very tasty and real even without using an ice cream maker. There are very few ingredients and they are all natural. For plain vanilla ice cream mix whipped cream with condensed milk and vanilla and freeze in the form for baking. You can leave it like that if you like simple taste, or mix into any slightly frozen mass toppings to choose from: Oreo cookies (or similar), crispy dry breakfast, shortbread mixture with lemon cream. The recipes are used volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Ice cream

  • 400 gr. condensed milk with sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla paste
  • A pinch of fine salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter cream cold

Flavor options

  • Cookies with cream: 12 pcs. chocolate chip cookie sandwich with crushed cream
  • Crispy cereals: 1.5 tbsp. crispy cereals (dry breakfast) with cinnamon flavor, granulated
  • Cookies and lemon: 0.5 tbsp. canned lemon Kurd and 1 tbsp. shortbread cookies, crushed
  • Special equipment: metal bread pan size 22 x 12 x 7 cm., chilled

Recipe preparation:

  1. Ice cream: In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla and salt.
  2. Using a mixer at moderate speed, whip the cream until formation of strong peaks, about 2 minutes. Mix silicone spatula about 1 tbsp. whipped cream in a mixture of condensed milk, then mix this mixture into the remaining whipped cream. Pour in chilled metal mold measuring 22 x 12 x 7 cm., cover and freeze so that the ice cream becomes thick and creamy and remains a little soft for about 2 hours. Spoon any of proposed fillings. Cover and put in the freezer again chamber for at least 3 hours to make the ice cream solid.
