- Garlic (I used 5 cloves, but you can either more or less) finely chop and fry for about 2x minutes.
- You can also cook our UDON noodles. I had a pack of 300 gr, I cooked it according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the chicken fillet (300 gr) and fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add vegetables: 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper and tofu (50 gr). Mix.
- Add udon noodles and teriyaki sauce (200 ml) and simmer still about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds (this is optional).
