Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 medium ripening avocados
  • 2 not too soft papaya
  • 3 limes
  • 1 chopped small head of red onion
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 thinly sliced diagonal stalks of green onions (only white parts)
  • 1 tbsp. l thinly chopped fresh mint leaves
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the skin and bones of the avocado and cut the flesh into 10 lobules. Peel papaya skin and seeds and cut the flesh into 12 slices.
