- Half a small head of red cabbage, chopped
- Half a small head of white cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated (about 1.5 tbsp.)
- 3/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp. l ground mustard
- 1.5 tbsp. l siracha sauce
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1.5 tsp celery seed

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the mayonnaise with vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, sugar and celery seeds until smooth masses. Salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine all the cabbage and carrots. Pour in the dressing and mix. Allow to brew 30 minutes before serving. At season with salt and pepper to taste.
