Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 liter soy milk
- 1 tbsp. barley malt syrup
- 2 tbsp. brown rice syrup
- 5 tbsp. l egg substitute
- 1/4 Art. water
- 1 pack (300 gr.) Hard silky tofu
- 700 gr coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp. pecans
- 6 tbsp. l cassava root

Recipe preparation:
- Bring soy milk and syrups to a boil. Mix substitute eggs with water until foam and add a mixture of milk and syrups. Cook until thickened. In a food processor, beat the tofu until homogeneous state and add to the thickened mixture with the rest ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes. and remove from heat. Allow to cool.
