- 12 pcs crumbly cookies Ladies fingers (Savoyardi)
- 3/4 Art. espresso coffee
- 1 tbsp. l roma
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder

Recipe preparation:
- Mix cream mascarpone cheese with icing sugar. Mix in separate bowl of coffee with rum, then soak cookies. Fill glasses of cream cheese and put cookies on top.
