- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 110 gr. butter at room temperature
- 1.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 Art. milk

- Cream of whipped cream with mascarpone, see recipe below
Mix “Three milk”
- 340 gr sugar free condensed milk
- Half a can (400 gr.) Of condensed milk with sugar
- 3/4 Art. fat cream
Cream of whipped cream with mascarpone
- 4 tbsp. fat cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 Art. powdered sugar
- 110 gr. mascarpone cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put paper capsules in cupcake molds.
- Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
