Batter for toast:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 Art. milk
- 1/3 Art. fat cream
- 1/4 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp orange liquor (recommended brand Grand Marnier)
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Caramel Sauce:
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar (tamp)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 Art. dark rum
- 1 tbsp. l Creme de banana liqueur (banana cream liqueur)
- 3 peeled and chopped banana slices
- 6 thick slices of bread, better than French or Texas toast bread

Recipe preparation:
- Batter: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to homogeneous dough turned out.
- Sauce: Melt over medium-high heat in a saucepan butter, then add brown sugar. Shuffle until sugar dissolves. Add cinnamon and orange juice and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat, pour in if use rum and banana liquor and put the pan back on the fire. Lubricate the pan walls with water using a dough brush. Remove it from the fire.
- Pour 1/4 tbsp into a small stewpan. caramel sauce and put the bananas. Warm up over high heat. Keep warm.
- Croutons: Heat the grill pan over high heat. or a non-stick pan. Dip slices of bread in batter, then put them in a pan, turning over after 2 minutes. On pour 1/4 tbsp each serving plate caramel sauce put croutons on top. Put bananas on bread and pour over caramel sauce.
