  1. Boil buckwheat noodles in salted water for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut onion, carrot and bell pepper in half rings – straws. Chop the garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes over high heat.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Add mushrooms to fried vegetables and green peas and fry another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add boiled noodles and soy sauce to the vegetable mixture and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
