- Boil buckwheat noodles in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Cut onion, carrot and bell pepper in half rings – straws. Chop the garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes over high heat.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Add mushrooms to fried vegetables and green peas and fry another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add boiled noodles and soy sauce to the vegetable mixture and fry for another 2 minutes.
