Tender meat with vegetables

The main ingredients:
- beef – 1 kg;
- onions – 3 pcs.;
- tomato – 5 pcs.;
- potatoes – 3 pcs.;
- Bulgarian red pepper – 3 pcs.;
- garlic – 1 head;
- spices and salt to taste;
- coriander greens – 100 g;
- tomato paste – 3 tablespoons;
- cilantro or parsley.
Cooking method
Wash the onion and peel and cut into thin half rings. My tomatoes cut across, cut out everything inedible and then cut into slices, 5-7 mm thick. Red bell peppers peeled off core, and cut into quarters of rings. Then prepare potatoes: peel, wash and cut in medium cubes. Put in a bowl or a small saucepan in cold water.
The meat is cooked more carefully than usual, because need him clean from cartilage, possible bones and films. Further it cut into slices or stripes about 2 cm thick.
In a multicooker, oiled, we lay everything in layers:
1 layer – onion, which we add and a little pepper;
2 layer – tomatoes – they can also be slightly salted and added spices;
3 layer – half of cooked chopped red bell pepper;
4 layer – potatoes;
5 layer – meat that is salted and sprinkled with spices.
Garlic, chopped, is placed on top of our billet in half. Put the remaining bell pepper and tomato on top a paste that can be salted or sweetened to your liking.
Close the slow cooker and turn on the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour 40 minutes. If the crock-pot is equipped with a steam valve, which interferes with boiling liquid, can be put into mode “2”. If a there is no such valve, or the whole dish is cooked in a pan, then for Reliability can pour about 50-40 grams of water on top.
After cooking, release the remaining steam, open the lid and add chopped greens. Mix everything carefully, close and leave in the slow cooker for another 20 minutes. Serve better in deep bowls or plates.
Cooking options: instead of beef, you can use any lean meat, and it can be chicken, and pork, and turkey, and lamb and veal. Regarding the spices you can sprinkle pepper and meat, it is better to cook special for lamb or pork, but not packaged, but by weight, and in addition to them add coriander and zira. Instead of tomato paste, you can use “Krasnodar sauce”, ketchup or satsebeli.
