Biscuit
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup kefir
- 125 g margarine (melt, cool)
- 1.5 cups flour (sift)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. spoons without top cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
- Vanillin
Impregnation
- 1.5 cups of any juice
Cream
- 200 g soft butter
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of condensed milk
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of milk powder
- Vanillin
- A handful of finely chopped prunes
- A handful of any toasted nuts
Glaze
- 100 g chocolate (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of fat milk

Recipe preparation:
- Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer, add kefir, margarine, flour, cocoa, salt, soda, vinegar, vanillin, mix, beat again.
- Grease the cooker bowl with vegetable oil, put out the dough, flatten with a spoon from the middle to the edges. Bake 1 hour in mode “Bakery products”. Cool in a bowl, cut into 3 cakes.
- Cream should be prepared immediately before assembling the cake: beat mixer oil, condensed and dried milk, vanillin. Add prune, mix well.
- Put the first cake, pour juice from a spoon, grease with cream, sprinkle with a piece of nuts. You also need to do the second cake. Moisten the third cake with juice on the inside, put on top, press down.
- Melt chocolate with milk in a water bath, cool slightly, cover the top and sides of the cake. Garnish with any sweets that are in house, or you can just sprinkle with nuts. Let stand in 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. The cakes will remain soft and the cream will tight.
