- 900 gr. beef stew chopped into small pieces
- 3 cans (100 g each) canned green chili peppers
- 1/4 Art. crumbled bacon
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. tomato puree
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp. l * Mexican seasoning, no salt added
- 0.5 tbsp. beef broth
- 1 green onion, chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Salt and pepper the beef and fry on all sides. toasted meat in a 4-liter slow cooker. Add the onion, green chili and bacon.
- Shake the Mexican mashed potatoes in a small bowl seasoning and chili powder; season with salt and pepper. Pour in slow cooker with beef broth. Cover and simmer on high temperature for 4-6 hours. Serve in bowls sprinkled with green onions. see another variation of the dish.

- Fry the seeds of caraway seeds in a pan at medium temperature, in within 1-2 minutes before disclosure of aroma. Crush in a mortar.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
