Pineapple cooked in a slow cooker with spices will become quite universal additive that is perfect as a sauce and to ice cream, and to meat. - 2 medium pineapples (approximately 1.3 kg. Or 8 tbsp. Fresh pineapple, sliced)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 15 cm. Ginger root (approx. 150 g.), Finely chopped
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- Coconut or vanilla ice cream for serving

Recipe preparation:
- If whole pineapple is used: Peel the pineapple, cut it into 4 parts and cut the core. Throw away the core. Cut each quarter lengthwise in half, then cut across into slices 1 cm thick.
- In a slow cooker, mix pineapples with sugar, ginger, and cinnamon. Cover and cook with high heat for 4 hours, until pineapple will not become very soft and slightly sweet.
