- Wash the chicken liver thoroughly, cut off the fatty layers and films. Dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Soak in milk for 30-40 minutes.
- Cut the peeled onions into medium cubes or quarter rings and we pass until soft.
- We put a full tablespoon of honey to the onion and melt it. We shift the golden onions in melted honey to a plate.
- The chicken liver soaked in milk is cut into pieces.
- Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on big fire. Fry no more than 8-10 minutes.
- Add the finished onion with honey to the liver and stir. Warm up another 3-4 minutes.
