- Washed, paper towel dried meat cut across the fibers into long wedges.
- Spread the meat in one layer on a hot frying pan with oil. Fry one and a half minutes with each hand. Lay in a cauldron.
- In the remaining oil, fry the onions, add to the meat.
- Grate the tomatoes, put them in the meat. Pour the cauldron with water, barely covering contents. Put on fire, bring to boil, simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
- Fry chopped butter in butter until half-cooked potato sticks. Add to the finished meat.
- Grated pickles, put in meat with tomato paste, salt, pepper, cover and simmer more 10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with greens.
