  1. Washed, paper towel dried meat cut across the fibers into long wedges.
  2. Spread the meat in one layer on a hot frying pan with oil. Fry one and a half minutes with each hand. Lay in a cauldron.
  3. In the remaining oil, fry the onions, add to the meat.
  4. Grate the tomatoes, put them in the meat. Pour the cauldron with water, barely covering contents. Put on fire, bring to boil, simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
  5. Fry chopped butter in butter until half-cooked potato sticks. Add to the finished meat.
  6. Grated pickles, put in meat with tomato paste, salt, pepper, cover and simmer more 10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with greens.
