Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Add onions and 1/4 tsp salt and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden color, about 15 minutes. Add the garlic and fry, stirring for 1 minute. Increase the heat to moderately strong and add asparagus. Fry, stirring frequently, until vegetables are cooked, about 3 minutes. Add baked sweet potato and sage, salt and pepper. Put the hash brown in a bowl, cover and hold warm.
  4. Add the remaining 0.5 tbsp to the pan. l olive oil and heat up. Break the eggs into a pan and fry them to the desired consistency. Put the hash brown on plates and lay on top fried eggs. Serve with spicy sauce.
