Recipe preparation:
- Put flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Gradually stir in the milk. Stir the eggs one at a time, then stir in the sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract. Cover and leave in Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat a non-stick pan with a diameter of about 20 cm on moderately high heat. Melt a small piece butter and rotate the pan so that the butter covers it surface.
- Pour 1/3 tbsp. dough and, turning the pan in your hand, distribute the dough with a thin uniform layer. Bake for about 1 minute. or before browning the bottom side, then flip and bake more 45-60 sec. Put on a plate and repeat the same with the remaining test.
- Serve with jam, honey, sugar, chocolate-nut paste, peanut butter, bananas – any sweet topping that have at your fingertips.
