These sweet cottage cheese sandwiches are used to make frozen waffles for toaster. Then two waffles are collected in a sandwich and fried in a pan until golden crust. You can cook several different tastes sweet sandwiches using various kinds of jams. - Ground cinnamon, for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese and icing sugar. Spread 2 wafers with jam, then cover on top curd mixture and cover with the remaining two waffles.
- Melt in a large skillet over medium-high heat. butter. Put the sandwiches and fry until rosy crispy crusts, about 3 minutes on each side, adding when need more butter in the pan. Adjust fire if the waffles are fried too quickly.
- Let the sandwiches rest for 1 minute and serve, sprinkled icing sugar and cinnamon.
