Suzette pancakes with orange sauce

Crepes

  • 1.5 tbsp. flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. l orange liquor
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. l orange zest
  • 0.5 tbsp. ghee

Sauce

  • 1.5 tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 2 tbsp. l orange liquor
  • 3 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pancakes: Combine the flour and salt in a medium bowl. size. Beat eggs with white sugar in a separate bowl.
