Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tbsp. premium wheat flour
- A pinch of salt
- 110 gr. melted butter
- Orange oil (see recipe below)
- vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter for lubrication frying pans

- Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- 225 gr. butter
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar

Recipe preparation:
- Pour milk into a blender, beat the eggs and beat. Add 1/2 tbsp flour, whipping each time so that there are no lumps. Add a pinch of salt and melted butter, then whisk within 30 sec. until a smooth, silky texture is obtained. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the dough is “resting”, prepare orange oil: B mix butter, sugar, citrus fruits in a small stewpan juices and zest. Cook for about 10 minutes. before caramelization. Sauce should get golden. Remove the pan from the heat, add liquor, put on fire again and keep whisking to syrup boiled for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Dip a piece of paper towels in butter to grease a small pan. Pour the dough into the pan. Tilt it in a circle to make the dough distributed along the bottom in a uniform layer. The right pancake should be no thicker than paper. Fry over high heat and turn over when the edges will turn golden brown. Remove the pancake from the pan, roll in half and put in a muffin mold to form small baskets. Bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes, until they will not become a little crispy and rosy at the edges. The middle should remain soft and bright. Put the pancake basket in center of the plate and put a spoonful of vanilla ice cream inside. Pour in orange sauce.
