Superior Potato Salad

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 900 gr. peeled potatoes (approximately 4 pcs.)
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 225 gr. sliced in strips 1 cm thick. bacon
  • 1 medium diced onion the size
  • 3 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 chopped stalks of green onions
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:
