- 1 kg. beef ribs with meat (short rib)
- 0.5 kg meaty pork ribs
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp. tomato paste
- 0.5 tbsp. dry red wine
- 1 can 800 gr. canned peeled tomatoes in own juice
- 4 sweet or spicy Italian sausages
- Red pepper flakes, optional

Recipe preparation:
- For the sauce: add oil to the 6 L multicooker. and set the frying mode. Throw the beef ribs and ok toast. Put on a plate, add pork ribs and well fry. Put on a plate. Add onion and garlic and fry, stirring often until the onions turn golden and the garlic soft about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and mix well to cover the whole onion. - Stir in the tomatoes, then add beef, pork, sausage, 1 Art. l salt, a little ground black pepper and a pinch of red pepper if you use it.

- For meatballs: meanwhile in a medium-sized bowl mix minced meat, parmesan, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, garlic, egg, a little salt and ground black pepper and good mix with a wooden spoon. Form balls with a diameter of 2.5-5 cm.
