Recipe preparation:

- Turn off the slow cooker. Cut sausages into small pieces and mix with stew, adding also parsley and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan in a separate utensils (sprinkle with stew) and crispy bread that can be dipped in broth. Culinary tip: For this stew, leftovers are great pasta. Just skip the stage with Ditalini, and replace it with pasta from the refrigerator, adding them to the finished stew with pieces sausages. Reduce the amount of water by 1 cup.
