- 900 gr. young white cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. spicy mustard
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the cabbage into four parts and remove the stalk. Peel the carrots and onions and cut into slices that will go into food hole in the cover of the food processor. Install a grater with large holes in the combine and grate cabbage, carrots and onions. Stir the vegetables in a large bowl.
