Ingredients for the recipe:
- 280 gr grape tomato cut in half
- 340 gr pasta bridgeachiolli (short tubes) or penne (feather tubes)
- 225 gr. smoked gouda cheese, diced
- 24 sheets of fresh basil, thinly sliced
- Coarse salt
- 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. milk
- 1/4 Art. white vinegar and some more if needed
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1.5 tsp canned smoked chili peppers sauce chipotle (or 1 chopped smoked chipotle pepper)

Recipe preparation:
- Boil salt water in a large saucepan. Add the pasta and cook as indicated on the packaging. Drain the water, rinse the pasta in cold water until they are completely cool. Set them aside side.
- Prepare dressing: mix in a small bowl mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste and sauce adobo.
- In a large bowl, mix pasta, dressing, tomatoes and cheese gouda. Try salt and pepper, if necessary, add them a bit more. You can optionally add an additional 1-2 tsp. vinegar. Add basil at the very end. Remove the salad before serving. in the fridge for a couple of hours.
