Ingredients for the recipe:
- 40 gr smoked salmon (about 2 slices), finely chopped
- 40 gr curd cheese
- 1.5 tsp Sriracha Sauce (Asian Chili Sauce)
- 2 bagels (baked donut potato rolls, recipe bagels see here), cut along
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix the cucumber and green onions, add lemon juice, sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
- Fry the buns lightly. Meanwhile, in a medium pan Melt the butter over medium heat. Add eggs and a pinch salt and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, almost until done. Add salmon, cottage cheese and sriracha sauce and cook 1 more minute until eggs are fully cooked.
- Put the egg mixture on the buns, put the salad from cucumbers.
