  1. My wings, remove the rest of the feathers. Boil the wings with onions and a pinch of salt 30 min.
  2. Separate the meat from the bones, filter the broth and bring to boiling.
  3. Rinse and put in boiling broth, cook for 10 minutes.
  4. We clear pepper from partitions and a stalk. Shred. Garlic finely chop with a knife. We spread everything to rice, add chicken meat and a couple of spoons of soy sauce. Cook another 10 minutes.
  5. Lastly, add the garlic with the green part, pepper chili and freshly ground black. The final touch is lemon the juice. Turn off the fire and wait 10 minutes, and then pour over plates.
