Spicy Chicken Funchoza

Stumbled upon this recipe a few years ago, now all my family cooks it at home! Fragrant and delicious dish of Chicken funchoses are very easy to make.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Refueling can be taken for funchose or for Korean carrots, I took 1 pc, and such and such. May leave 2, maybe 1.5, look to taste. Such seasonings are in all large supermarkets, they are oil based.
  2. Funchozu soak in water at room temperature for 20-30min.
  3. Finely chop the chicken and fill it with 1 bag of dressing, leave for 20-30min.
  4. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  5. Fry the onions in a wok or deep large pan in a small amount of oil. Then add the carrots and fry for another 2 minutes. Add chicken, sauté until almost done.
  6. Funchozu throw in a colander, squeeze a little and enter into the wok.
  7. Mix well, cook another 1 min. Remove from heat and serve.
