If you are a Frozen Margarita cocktail lover, you will surely like lime sorbet. Mix the main ingredients cocktail: tequila, lime juice, triple sec liquor, add sugar syrup, a pinch of salt and freeze. Scrape off the resulting sorbet a fork out of shape and lay in a bowl decorated in a cocktail style Маргарита.

Recipe:
1 tbsp. sugar and 2.5 tbsp. bring the water to a boil. Constantly stir, dissolve the sugar, then remove the syrup from the heat and add 2/3 Art. lime juice, 1/3 tbsp. tequila, 5 tbsp. l triple sec and 1/4 liqueurs tsp salt. Cool and mix in 2 tsp. zest of lime. Then pour into a small glass baking dish, cover and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
