In this case, the soup will be very rich, with a rich taste. First fry in a slow cooker carrots, celery, onions and spices, then put the chicken carcass, fill with water and cook. In pressure cooker mode, it will take you only 20 minutes. Ready chicken will be easy to disassemble with two forks into separate pieces. Boil the soup by throwing noodles into it, sprinkle Fresh dill and enjoy its taste. - 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 5 medium carrots sliced obliquely into thick slices 0.5 cm
- 3 large stalks of celery, cut into slices of 1 cm.
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 large onion, diced in large cubes
- Chicken carcass weighing 1.3 kg.
- 7 cm. Ginger root, cut in half along (over wish)

- 2 tbsp. l coarsely chopped dill

Recipe preparation:
- Set the multicooker to fry at high temperature. Pour in oil. When it warms up, add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, 1 tbsp. l salt and a big pinch of pepper. Fry stirring until the vegetables are a little soft, 4-5 minutes.
- Add chicken, ginger, if used, and 8 tbsp. water. Following manufacturer’s instructions, close the lid and prepare the slow cooker to work. Set the pressure cooker mode and cook at high pressure of 20 minutes.
- After completing the pressure cooker cycle, follow the instructions. manufacturer to let off steam and wait for the cycle to complete quick release. Be careful not to burn yourself with the remaining steam, open and remove the cover. Take out the ginger and discard. Get out chicken with a pair of tongs and transfer to a large bowl, give cool for a few minutes.
- Put the slow cooker in frying mode with strong heating and bring the soup to a boil. After it boils, add the noodles and cook until al dente, 4-5 minutes.
- While the noodles are cooking, use 2 forks to remove the skin from the chicken and remove the bones, cut the meat into small pieces. Salt and pepper the chicken and put the meat back in the pan with dill. If necessary, salt and pepper the soup.
