- 5 tbsp. l (75 gr.) Butter, in small pieces, plus additionally for greasing the multicooker
- 3/4 Art. dark brown sugar, plus extra for sprinkling slow cookers
- 3 tbsp. l dark rum
- 910 gr. ripe medium-sized bananas (about 6 pieces), peel and cut along half

- 3/4 Art. low gluten confectionery flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 55 gr. softened butter
- 2/3 Art. Sahara
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk, room temperature
- 2 tbsp. l whole milk, room temperature
- Serve ice cream

Recipe preparation:
- Bananas: lubricate the slow cooker from the inside with butter, cover completely with foil, which also grease. Set maximum temperature. Scatter pieces of butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and pour the rum foil on the bottom slow cookers. Lay the halves of the bananas on top with the slices down so that so that the fruits slightly overlap each other. Push them in sugar.
- Pie: sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Then mix with a whisk for even distribution of ingredients.
- In another bowl, slowly beat with an electric mixer butter with sugar until they mix. Increase speed to the maximum. Beat until light and lush, periodically scraping the mass from the walls of the bowl (about 10 minutes). Enter while continuing to beat the egg and then the yolk, allowing each completely interfere with the ingredient before adding the next.
- When slowly beating, add the mixture with flour in 3 sets, alternating with an infusion of milk in 2 portions. Get started and finish with flour. Then briefly beat at medium speed, to get a homogeneous dough.
- Pour the dough onto bananas and spread it with a spatula to flatten out. Put the double folded paper towel on top slow cookers, covering it from edge to edge. This will allow the spread it under the cover and provide a more tight closing (see note). Cover tightly and cook at maximum temperature until the cake begins to lightly brown on the sides and pressing in the middle will not leave a dent (approximately 3.5 hours). Turn off the slow cooker and let the cake freeze (approximately 20 minutes).
- Grasping the foil, remove the cake from the slow cooker. Put on kitchen surface to cool (approximately 30 minutes). Expand the foil. Carefully turn the cake onto a dish so that caramelized bananas were on top.
- When slicing or selecting servings with a spoon, put the pie in bowls and serve with ice cream (optional).
Note
* When cooking in a slow cooker, moist heat is released. Paper the towel absorbs condensation and prevents it from draining back from the lid on the pie.
