Slow cooked pasta with cheese

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 230 g ready-made pasta in the shape of horns
  • 1 can (340 g) of concentrated milk
  • 1.5 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 Art. (55 g) melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • A little pepper
  • 2 large beaten eggs
  • 2 pieces of grated cheddar cheese 280 g each (about 5 tbsp.)
  • A little paprika

Recipe preparation:

  1. Sprinkle a bowl of a large multicooker with a volume of 4 liters spray and mix pasta, concentrated milk, milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and whole cheese, leaving 1/2 tbsp. Sprinkle the mixture on top with the remaining cheese, and then paprika. Close and simmer for 3 hours 15 minutes. Turn off the slow cooker, mix the mixture and serve pasta with cheese hot. Culinary advice: If you do not have a slow cooker, grease a baking dish 23x33x5 cm with butter, lay out mix and bake at a temperature of 180C for 50 minutes.
