- Cut the fish into small pieces, then wrap the pieces in strip of bacon and put 1 shrimp in each strip. String on skewers soaked in water and grill for 10 minutes.
- Small eggplant, zucchini, peppers and mushrooms pieces.
- Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper and grill for 10 minutes.
- Serve with lemon sliced.
