  1. Dice onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.
  2. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil for several minutes until until the tomatoes turn into a homogeneous mass. Salt Spice up.
  3. Gently break the eggs, being careful not to damage the yolk.
  4. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook over low heat. stirring eggs with frying.
  5. The yolks should remain fluid.
  6. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
