Recipe preparation:

  1. Beat in a slow cooker broth with 3 tbsp. water, tomato paste, brown sugar, molasses, mustard, barbecue seasoning mix and garlic. Add the beans. Insert a clove in half bulbs, which are then placed together with sausages in slow cooker. Make them covered with beans. Cover and cook at high temperature until the beans become soft (about 6 hours).
  2. Remove half the onion. Mix vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, then let the mixture stand without covering for about 15 minutes. (The longer the beans are infused, the tastier it will be). At garnish with pickled peppers, shallots and / or sour cream.
