Sauerkraut salad with nuts

Cabbage with nuts doesn’t sound particularly attractive, of course, but I can assure you that to taste it is incredibly tasty! Which means I just recommend cooking.

Salad Sauerkraut with nuts

we will need:

  • Half a kilo of cabbage weighing half a kilo,
  • half a glass of peeled walnuts,
  • a couple of cloves of garlic,
  • a pair of onion heads,
  • three to four branches of cilantro,
  • some wine vinegar
  • cayenne pepper
  • Imereti saffron (always on the market from sellers weighted seasoning)
  • and salt to taste.

Now we will start cooking cabbage salad with nuts:

Shred cabbage very thinly, mix with salt, cover with a lid and leave for 20 minutes. Then grind the cabbage hands until soft. Squeeze a little.

We clean the onion, chop finely, salt and let stand just like cabbage for 20 minutes, and then squeezes it with your hands.

Next we take peeled nuts, garlic, cilantro, Capsicum, Imereti saffron and salt, carefully crushed in mortar and mix with pressed onion, add a little wine vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly with cabbage and shift to the plate! Our cabbage with nuts is ready!
