Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 220 gr milk chocolate, chop finely
  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 6 – 8 small buns, cut each in half
  • Whipped cream, to serve (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place milk chocolate and cocoa in a blender. Pour into the stewpan 2 tbsp. water, add sugar. Put on the stove and heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour hot sugar syrup in a blender; cover and beat 4 – 5 times, until homogeneous state. Add salt, vanilla and almond extract; mix. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover and cool in for 2 hours
  2. Stir the chocolate mixture, then place in the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Put ice cream in sealed containers and put in the freezer for 2 hours
  3. Fill the buns with chocolate ice cream and cream.
