Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 gr milk chocolate, chop finely
- 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3/4 Art. Sahara
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 6 – 8 small buns, cut each in half
- Whipped cream, to serve (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Place milk chocolate and cocoa in a blender. Pour into the stewpan 2 tbsp. water, add sugar. Put on the stove and heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour hot sugar syrup in a blender; cover and beat 4 – 5 times, until homogeneous state. Add salt, vanilla and almond extract; mix. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover and cool in for 2 hours
- Stir the chocolate mixture, then place in the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Put ice cream in sealed containers and put in the freezer for 2 hours
- Fill the buns with chocolate ice cream and cream.
