Recipe preparation:
- Leaves of green salads (iceberg, romaine, fries, preferably arugula) rinse, dry and tear with your hands, mix in salad bowl.
- Cut red onion into thin half rings, put in a separate bowl and pour wine (apple) vinegar and leave for 5 minutes.
- In the salad, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, sliced dried tomatoes, feta cheese cubes (can be taken already diced).
- Remove the onion from vinegar, pat it dry with a paper towel and lay out in the salad bowl.
- Lightly salted trout (or fresh) cut into small slices and nicely put in a salad bowl.
- For refueling in a separate bowl, mix unrefined olive oil, balsamic vinegar, freshly ground black pepper, chili pepper and salt to taste.
