Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 tbsp. walnuts
- 1/2 tbsp. yellow raisins
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1 tsp celery seed
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 red apples (Fuji or Gala)
- 1 tbsp. l chopped parsley
- 2 stalks of celery, cut into thin slices
- 4 slices of bacon, cut into strips of 1.25 cm.
- 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon for 8 minutes until crisp. Dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar and celery seeds. Cut the apples into small strips and add to the dressing along with celery, carrots, walnuts nuts, light raisins, parsley and bacon. Salt, pepper and mix the salad.
